How It Works:

Tenectelex 40 works by helping dissolve blood clots inside blood vessels. Tenecteplase binds to fibrin in a clot and helps convert plasminogen into plasmin, which breaks down fibrin and supports clot dissolution. Basically, it tells the clot to pack its bags and leave, but only under hospital supervision, because biology is not a playground.

  • ST-elevation myocardial infarction, also called STEMI
  • Emergency clot-dissolving therapy in heart attack
  • Other doctor-directed thrombolytic use in monitored hospital settings

Tenecteplase is generally administered by intravenous use in emergency settings, and the dose depends on the patient’s body weight, diagnosis, bleeding risk, and treatment protocol.
