Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

At Cureit Pharma, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of product integrity and operational excellence. As a trusted Generic Medicine Exporter managing critical supply chains, we take every precaution to ensure your orders are securely packed and safely delivered. Because we specialize in Medicine Export from India, we operate under strict international pharmaceutical safety guidelines to protect global health networks.

We understand that international trade involves complex logistics. This policy clearly outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and order discrepancies to ensure a transparent, smooth partnership whenever you choose us to Export Medicines Worldwide.

1. Policy Overview

Our return and refund window is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, due to the regulatory constraints of pharmaceutical tracking and compliance, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your shipment arrived.

To be eligible for a return or review, your shipment must meet the following criteria:

  • The products must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original, uncompromised commercial condition.
  • The items must remain sealed in their original secondary and primary packaging.
  • You must provide a valid commercial invoice, proof of purchase, or batch number.

Please note: Under no circumstances should pharmaceutical products be shipped back directly to the manufacturing plant without prior clearance from our compliance team.

2. Non-Returnable Pharmaceutical Products

Due to global healthcare regulations, public safety concerns, and strict cold-chain maintenance laws, certain categories of medicines are absolutely non-returnable and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Oncology and Anticancer medications.
  • Temperature-sensitive or specialized cold-chain pharmaceutical products.
  • Sexual wellness and personal care formulations.
  • Any medicines where the protective outer seal, holographic sticker, or box has been opened or tampered with.
  • Hazardous, volatile, or flammable chemical materials.

3. Exceptions & Partial Refunds

We assess return inquiries on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds or corporate credits may be considered under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Items displaying shelf-wear or packaging damage that did not occur during our transit dispatch.
  • Discrepancies in order volumes or missing items reported immediately upon delivery.
  • Approved returns that are processed outside our standard corporate logistics chain.

4. Our Inspection & Refund Process

Once your returned consignment is delivered to our facility, our quality control team will inspect the batch numbers, seals, and storage integrity. We will notify you promptly via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that international wire transfers, letter of credit adjustments, or merchant gateway timelines vary depending on your financial institution and country regulations.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund hasn't appeared in your accounts:

  1. Verify your corporate account ledger or merchant processing terminal.
  2. Contact your credit card processor or banking institution, as international transactions often require a clearing window of 5–7 business days.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still require assistance, please contact our accounting team directly at info@cureitpharma.com.

6. Promotional & Sale Dispositions

Only regularly priced bulk orders are eligible for standard refunds. Custom manufacturing contracts, contract-price clearances, or heavily discounted clearance inventory are final sale and non-refundable, unless it is proven that incorrect or physically damaged stock was supplied.

7. Product Exchanges

We only replace or exchange pharmaceutical inventory if the items arrived physically defective, structurally damaged during transit, or if an incorrect batch/product was mistakenly supplied by our warehouse. If you need to log an exchange claim, email us immediately at info@cureitpharma.com with photographic evidence of the transit damage.

8. Return Shipping Protocols

To return an authorized consignment, you must ship the inventory directly to our central processing facility:

Cureit Pharma
Shop No. 2, Paras Complex,
Nikalas Mandir Road, Itwari,
Siddharth Enterprises,
Nagpur, Maharashtra, India – 440002

  • Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for organizing and paying all return shipping fees, customs duties, and local port taxes unless the return is due to a documented warehouse error on our part. Shipping fees from the original order are completely non-refundable.
  • Risk Management: Because pharmaceutical cargo is high-value, you must use a fully trackable, priority international shipping service and secure comprehensive freight insurance. We cannot issue refunds if the return shipment is lost, delayed, or seized in transit back to India.

9. International Import & Customs Compliance

When engaging in Medicine Export from India to service your local markets, buyers assume full legal and financial responsibility for ensuring that the ordered products comply with their nation's local health ministries, FDA/customs laws, and prescription import mandates.

Cureit Pharma is not liable, and will not issue refunds, for any shipments that are delayed, held, rejected, fined, or destroyed by destination customs authorities due to non-compliance with local import laws.
